We tried to change to plusnet on the 3rd october. No box came and absolutely no contact or answer from them. Our internet went off last week tuesday eve from nowtv. After cancelling the contract with plusnet last friday on the phone after they called me after I complained, I phoned nowtv to go back with them. So I'm cancelled at either ends and after an email from nowtv monday saying we will get a call in a few days our old router is still in place yet still no internet. The other night our phone line was disconnected then went back on. What I want to know is when I will be connected again ???
Because this is a customer driven forum, predominantly used by customers then with regards to when your Broadband will be switched back on again you will need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team.
