Hi,
I want to move away from NowTV Broadband and keep my landline number but during the order process the check came back that I can't keep my existing number. I have tried 4-5 different broadband providers (excluding Virgin) and I get the same error online. I have called NowTV and they stated there is nothing wrong from their end. Any ideas?

Perhaps you should speak on the phone to your perspective ISPs rather than just enquiring online, obviously you need a person, rather than a bot, to look into your problem.

I contacted Now and have spoken to someone on the phone but they stated there is nothing wrong from their end. They just asked to try again after a few days. Now not sure how to progress and what options i have.

Have you spoken to any of the other ISPs, especially the ones you've been looking at recently?
