Cannot get rid of this account

I don't even use NOW broadband, I'm on talk talk.
Now is currently placing restrictions on what websites I can visit.
I cancelled my subscription to entertainment months ago, I've continued to be charged.
I cannot access 'broadband buddy' settings, whenever I try it sends me straight back to the overview page.
There appears to be no way to contact them or resolve this now. Please help, this is doing my head in.

What router are you using there?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
