I have an existing Now TV account, had it for ages (sitting dormant, doing nothing). Just signed up for Now Broadband. They sent me an email asking me to add my Now Broadband credentials (Postcode, Last 4 digits of payment card and Now Broadband Account No) to my existing Now TV account. I've done this ten times with the correct credentials and get the same results: Something went wrong...Please use the same details you provided when you called us to order Now Broadband. I HAVE! Any help gratefully received :-00

So I thought the problem might be due to the fact my Now Broadband contract hadn't started. Today my old ISP is gone and NOW Broadband is up and running.
Still CANNOT add my Now Broadband details to my Now TV account 😞

Same problem. Been through troubleshooting with NowTV and still no joy. Can't get bills, can't configure my account. Case raised but won't give a resolution date. Don't hold your breath, I suspect that now they have our money they don't care. Zero stars.
