Recently was issued a new bank card, and received an email saying my nowtv broadband payment failed and would be cut off in 20 days. I have followed the instructions on the email but keep receiving errors and "oops something went wrong". I assumed there was an outage or issue with the site but it’s been over a week now. If they cannot even maintain their site then I’m not really sure I trust their broadband to be worth the money, considering it’s went down multiple times this year already. Sony one know how to resolve this? Or should I just cancel and find a more competent provider?

Hi @Anonymous User
Have you already used your card elsewhere with either chip & pin or using a cash machine by entering your pin number to trigger the card ?
Also maybe try another internet browser or another internet device when attempting to up date your new card on the NOW website.
I recently updated my new card details for myself and my sister who are both NOW Broadband customers and we didn't encounter no problems when updating our new bank cards online with NOW.
