I have been trying to log onto my Now TV account unsuccessfully for at least 2 weeks.
I get the message - Cannot Log in, please try later.
I have changed password both times, an email says it worked but I get an error on the browser (an error occurred). I have no way of telling if the new password has worked, I have tried them all.
I have tried logging on on different browsers, on my phone, on a tv on a Now TV stick, all do not work. I have also tried on different internet connections / 4G etc with no luck. "Live" chat has not helped at all.
I have paid 25GBP for sky sports and am currently unable to use it!
I have recently opened a Sky TV account (this is when this started) this could be related? But this is under a different email address, so I am not really sure how, unless the account has been locked, but I have a payment taken today for the sky sports pass.
