Hi. I called customer service yesterday to ask to keep my landline number as I think I may have ticked the wrong box, but was told I need to cancel the order and raise a new one. The agent said they have cancelled my order. When I checked in my online NowTV account, it now says the order has been uncancelled and will proceed. Can you check and confirm whether it has been cancelled or not? How do I send you my details privately?
