Cancelling in a time of nCovid19

Hello all. Hope you're all safe.

 

I'm trying to cancel my Broadband account with NOW who are operating with a reduced workforce at the moment.

I'm moving home to a place that is in the sticks and has no line currently so moving with NOW isn't an option.

I've tried calling to cancel my account but have been on hold permanently. When I try to use the chat it is either unavailable or I am presented with series of options that directs me to a screen where the options I am given are to either call or use the chat option.

 

My move date is imminent and I need to cancel.

 

Does anybody know if I can notify them via email and if so where I can send it to? I am well outside of my initial 12 month contract.
