I have been trying to get through to Now Broadband on the phone for hours to cancel it. The message states they are short staff due to the virus. There doesn't appear to be any other way to make the cancellation. No email address or other contact details. Come on Now TV we need you to get your act together and give us the option to cancel online. It will save on the demand for your staff to take calls and help those of us who need to cancel right away. Please sort this out. Some people are losing their jobs and won't be able to pay - we need you to make it easier to cancel (I write as someone who is long past the end of the initial contract so no tie in). Appreciate you looking into this. Times are very different and everyone is having to adapt - we need you to do the same.

If you are cancelling NowTV Broadband and not switching to anybody else.
Then open this link article below, click the black arrow next to "I want to cancel my broadband & calls without switching" and you should find a email linked in blue to click on.

try this,03300412462 and go through to cancellation dep was on hold for about 4 mins,
