Hi,
On April I will be leaving the UK the 12th, however, I need internet until then for work related purposes.
I was wondering how it is possible to have the cancellation of the broadband services take effect on that day, without being charged for the full month.
Also, regarding the router I got from NowTV, where do I have to return it? This is the most basic broadband I am using, not fibre.

Your best option would be to call the broadband team and ask those questions. Not being a broadband customer with NOW I can’t offer much advice I’m afraid.
