Any help here much appreciated. I'm switching over to Virgin and according to the Now TV help FAQs - I'll need to contact them in order to cancel since I'm moving to a cable provider. Is there any way I can do this without sitting on hold for 3 hours? Chat is offline and I can't seem to find an email address as the 'get in touch' link provided takes me to a 404.

You could try dropping them an email on customerservices AT nowtv.com (i had to use AT instead of the @ symbol because the forum software removes posted email addresses).
