I would like to cancel my now broadband as I am moving on the 6th November. However my monthly payment is due on the 3rd November. If I cancel the broadband on the 6th, am I refunded the amount of the month that I have not used or am I charged the full month for 3 days worth of broadband? Thanks.

@Anonymous User You need to give them 10 working days notice. They will charge you on your normal billing cycle and then once the cancellation has gone through you should get a final bill with a credit on it.
