Cancellation request

Have not had broadband long installed has not worked since day one but sending out engineer  next week. taking first months payment, And I’ve just received a email from NOW TV that my broadband and phone will be cancelled as another provider is taking over the line.

But there is no other provider I don’t understand what’s going on.

Phone the nowtv broadband team back again to find out what the hell is happening with your broadband & telephone service.

This is the only way you will get to the bottom of why you got an email about another provider taking over your telephone line.

If it was me i would also ask for some sort of compensation for all your troubles and make sure that you tell them that they shouldn't be taking any money from your broadband account until you have actually gone live which hopefully will be the date of the engineers visit (if the engineer manages to sort it out on their visit date).
