Cancellation in cooling off period

I need to cancel my broadband order, however when I try and click on live chat or email nothing happens. How else can I contact you?

This happens when your browser is set to block ads, or whatever.

 

Try a browser you haven’t configured at all, or Chrome in Incognito mode, or FireFox loaded without Add-Ins, and see if that is better.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
