Cancellation charges (Not receiving guaranteed speed)

Hi all,

I'm not receiving the guaranteed speed and the routers wifi signal is significantly weaker than the Vodafone one I had before. I'm a bit fed up with it and I've tried multiple fixes. I'm about to switch back to Vodafone now, but knowing how these companies work they'll almost certainly try to charge me the early cancellation fees despite their contract saying it should be free.

Just wanted to check if I'm free to leave or do I have to go through the hassle of trying to phone them. Really would prefer not to if possible.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User

Have a read of this link, especially the last FAQ.

I don't know if NOW would enforce it with regards to the 30 days clause.

However you need to contact the NOW Broadband Team.
