If you mean your NowTV broadband and are looking to move to another ISP that uses the Openreach network (i.e. not Virgin), all you have to do to start the move is to select the service you want from your new provider.
They will inform NowTV that you are moving, so you don't have to cancel anything.
Be aware that if you are still with your minimun contract period with NowTV you could incur early termination fees.
