Had no idea one of the drop downs in that has an email address for NOW!

Not sure how you found the email address and phone number, I just kept going round in circles, with each link taking be back to where I had already been.

Not important to me, as I'm not with Now, but must be a nightmare for someone who does want to cancel, and not move to another FTTC provider.

Now are doing their ‘generic link’ trick, so I can’t just quote the page I am on.

But from the landing page for that link, select the second item ‘I no longer need….’, and read under ‘Send us an email’ for the email address.

For the phone number, also on that page ‘Get in touch by phone’, ‘Now Broadband and calls’, ‘Cancelling my Service’, ‘Call us’.

You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all different….

There are a few different ways to cancel a broadband/phone service, and if you go about it the wrong way it can cause problems down the line .

Are you moving elsewhere?

are you signing up with a new provider - if so who and on what package from that provider?

Hi All, thanks for all the responses. Reason why I asked this question is that I'm a full-time carer for my disabled fiancee. Today I spent 54 mins on the phone trying to get my electricity turned on to our bungalow that we will be moving in shortly. I thought it would be nice if you could just press a cancel button for broadband, like you have for the other services on Now. It would save me a lot of time for me and I could spend more time looking after my fiancee, rather than going round in circles looking for a phone number, which may take "X" amount of time to find.

Did you see the picture posted by @Jayach which has provided an email address as well as the number to call?
