Have a read of the NOW Help article in the link below.
If you are not switching to another provider and want to cancel the NOW Broadband service fully, then in one of the FAQ by clicking on the drop down arrow there is an email address to contact them.

It does say, they may need to phone you back, but hopefully you can receive incoming calls whilst abroad or if not explain to NOW on the email and ask them to contact you by other means.
