I've been trying to phone them too but they never answered. 3 phonecalls 20x30x45 minutes long. There was also no response to my email [email removed]. That email is apparently another way of canceling broadband. So then I was frustrated and noticed complaints button on nowtv website. Pressed it and then pressed chat. That got me straight to an online chat to an advisor with no waiting at all!!! And the advisor did everything no problem. So if you are stuck try that. Hope it helps.
