The Community Forum is mainly used by customers, where it will be highly unlikely a NowTV Staff Member will respond to your post on here (especially with the coronavirus crises, where i am guessing NowTV are stretched with labour resources at these uncertain times).
You will either need to keep trying the phone number that you have been given on your NowTV correspondence or try the alternative methods of communication to NowTV from the link page below.
