Cancel Broadband before activation

Hi,

 

I would like to cancel my now broadband account before it get's activated and the kit sent.  

The only option is to contact live chat, but the I always get transferred to broadband team, and this process never finishes.  I cannot reach the broadband team.

Having the same problem, since I sent my details I haven't had any communication from NowTV, I actually got an email asking me how they did answering my query, when they never did! I'm going to get bt to cancel the transfer, however I'm not 100% that this prevents them taking money as I already ptovided them with all my details.

 

Casn someone respond who has had asctual communication with them please

Need to cancel Broadband before activation 

Hi I need help cancelling my Broadband and Calls before anything is sent or it is activated.  They keep delaying the installation so have decided to go elsewhere. I have tried to call them but cannot get through and also messaged and the Live Chat is not working as saying no connection! I just need to speak with someone!
