Can't update credit card details

When I go to the page to change my credit card details the page suddenly goes blank in the middle where the update button should be.

The fields appear for half a second before disappearing.

I am the same  2 days non stop iv bee  trying now  cant redeem my passes or buy any passes it keeps saying card not vaild details incorrect when there not its getting me mad and theres no one who can help you

I'm glad you replied. I couldn't find any way to see my post until I got your message! You'd think there's be a link to 'my posts'.

 

Anyway, I got mine working. I was logging wrongly. There is an old way to log in. I'm not sure how I got to it, maybe an old link I had from some time ago.

So make sure you sign out and try logging in again from https://www.nowtv.com/
