Can't complete payment details

Red "oops" etc appearing and "problem with payment details" .

Checked 6 times , still won't accept it but it took same card details for TV membership.

Do you have a VPN on?

 

Have you tried doing it via the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
