Can i bring my go live date forward if the hub arrived earlier?

I believe this question has been asked before on more than one occasion and from what i have read or heard it's not possible.
Because the forum is mainly used by customers you may be better off asking the NowTV Broadband Team directly.
Open the link below (sign in with our Broadband account details) and a telephone number for the Broadband Team should appear towards the right hand side of the screen.
