Caller Display Not working

I can see numerous posts about this, but caller display is not working on my phone package.

I switched from Sky where it worked fine, now the same people calling me just display incoming call.

Tried calling customer services.  Stated that its active and that they'd call back in few days to test it, but still no joy.
