Call centre waiting time??

Second day of ringing the call centre still not got through. 1st day got fed up of waiting after 20mins. Today again been waiting for 28 mins. Finally got an answer and the guy hung up on me wtf?? Poor service absolutely terrible. Just need to cancel my order now. Not even started my contact and this has happened absolute joke.

If the call centre is that bad at the moment try contacting them via live chat instead. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

Check when you get on that you're chatting to a broadband advisor.

Hi I tried to join accepted all my personal details password etc but when asked to confirm my address I got an " Oops something's gone wrong call this number "  Still hanging on When I try to sign in it recognizes me as a member and won't accept my details. Live chat can't help . So what do I do except hang on or try some other provider . Shoddy
