Can anyone tell me what anytime calls include thank you

I found this PDF calls tariff in the NowTV Help Centre section (price effective from 1st May 2019) which includes Anytime Calls.

I can't believe..how disappointed I am to know iv been charged  over £10  for dialling a 0345 number .. they even approached my card tonight ..took the money with out my consent £17.89 . Just for calls .. I left now to broadband it was cost me a fortune each month the calls charges was the problem 0345 number is free low rate number on my mobile phone ..NOWTV CHARGED ME £10  - 5 min call
