Got email saying I need to finish setting up my account before my broadband goes live, but the link doesn't work, it just sends me to the "My Passes" page of my account. Please Help!

Reading this thread linked below, there seems to be quite a few people encountering this issue when joing nowtv broadband.

I would double check that your accounts have already been setup correctly or if you need to provide any more info by contacting live chat and ask them for the broadband team on this link page below.
Where if you click on the drop down arrow below Anything else, where it should reveal all the different nowtv contact options.

Also, before you contact live chat, double check if under My Account > My Package if there is any telephone number for the broadband team.
