HELP I was on the phone talking about broadband and the phone was put down on me as I asked for help to change my payment date as I have new card details and all they wanted to do was cancel my NOW account all together even tho I called after the email date because I owe £22.20 on my account someone please help me as the woman on the phone was rude and now I don’t know what to do as I have no broadband?

You need to call the broadband team again. Hopefully you’ll get someone that can help out. 

Not much can be done on here I’m afraid. Staff to post from time to time, but when it’s broadband related they will tell you to call the team.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
