I want to cancel my Now broadband package thats only been active for about 2 weeks.
I am replacing it with Sky tv/broadband package on 23/11/22.
Ive mailed Now but havent had a reply.
Any suggestions /advice please

You should have left Sky to do all the cancellation side for you. Unless are you moving to Sky for fibre at 100MB plus connections? Aka Full Fibre.

If you are cancelling outside the 14 day "cooling off" period, you will get an Early Termination Charge, unless you are on the monthly contract (which would have meant paying £60 up front)
