Hi just wondering if anyone can help me I got a email on the 3rd of January saying my bill was overdue by 44 pounds and that they would give me 30 days from that email to pay my bill as I’m currently self isolating but then on the 11th of jan I had a email saying you have ten days to pay or it’ll my now tv will be cancelled what does anyone think I can do as I’m self isolating and can’t start work and do not get paid until the 1st of February
