Broadband

I am with now tv , I have broadband in , its not allowing me to check my bills and payments or my account , I have a direct debit to pay my broadband which comes out every month but my broadband isn’t working and it’s got amber light on the box near internet I’ve unplugged reset and everything nothing is working

What did they say when you called the dedicated Broadband Support telephone number that NowTV gave you for just such issues?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
