Broadband

Absolutely disgusting service?! Wouldn’t even bother ordering?!! Placed an order for broadband on the 9th of January, booked the next available engineer date which was yesterday (23rd) he done all the correct checks and was on his way, I was guaranteed it would be active and live by midnight, it’s still not working... I’ve called today and they’ve tried to blame the engineer saying there’s a fault in the line, yet on my account it says it’s not active and the money hasn’t been taken?! Was like they couldn’t even be bothered on the phone? So they now can’t send someone out untill Monday, so that’s another 3 days I have to wait! Absolutely furious!!! Not like they haven’t had enough time to get everything ready and prepared!!!
