Broadband

I have been trying to contact NOW TV Broadband to cancel my account. I sent an email out just under a week ago also asking to cancel my account. I have been hold for over an hour and I have not received a reply to my email, or a follow up phone call.

 

I would like to cancel my account as soon as possible please. Is anyone able to help? I am trying to find Live Chat, but I can't seem to come across it.

Hello to cancel the Broadband subscription it can only be done by ringing the cancellation department emails etc will not cancel your Broadband to find the number for the customer service department you can see this in your online account under my account? Broadband and Calls.
