Broadband

i paid my broadband bill on the 23rd march, and it's now down, and won't let anything connect to it. Saying it can't connect to the internet....why? Anyone help?

If you have already tried rebooting the router or holding the reset button for about 10 secs on the back of the router and you still have no Internet.

 

Then i would suggest giving the NowTV Broadband Team a phone call, where you will find their telephone number under My Account (person symbol if using a mobile) and from the drop down options select Orders & Appointments.

 

Once on the Orders & Appointments page, click on the green drop down arrow below your live date where a telephone number should appear on screen to call for assistance & help.
