I Purchased now tv broadband on 29th May and still haven’t received any updates about my delivery for my now tv hub etc and the engineer is ment to be coming on 28th June and the only update I had was my home phone number and I’ve not had anything since!!
Anyone have any information on what I should do

When you go to My Account > Track My Order on here does it give a date for your hub delivery ?
My hub router was delivered one week before the going live date.
Also there should be a telephone helpline number under Track My Order, where i would suggest giving the broadband team a call to make sure everything is still on track.

Under Track My Order does it say something like Hub Router " order being processed" or similar ?
Your best bet is call the broadband team for re assurances that the hub will be delivered within the week that your broadband goes live.
Click on the drop down arrows under Track My Order where you should hopefully see a telephone number to contact the broadband team.
