Hi there I was looking for some help I have just joined to get the internet and phone but the 9.99 has been taken from my bank but now I have just had a email saying they have cancelled my order when I wasn’t wanting it cancelled

I would suggest phoning the nowtv broadband team for an update why they cancelled your broadband order.
If there is no telephone number on the email, go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst signed in on here to see the telephone number to call.
