Broadband set-up. payment not completing

Hi,

 

im trying to buy a broadband package but when I get to the final checkout screen and click ‘pay now’ it just loads forever, no money is taken out of my account and I’ve tried with different cards and on different devices. 

getting in touch with someone from now tv is impossible too. I can’t find a contact number and the online help chat just says there’s no one available.

 

If anyone else has had these issues and resolved them please let me know. I haven’t got long to sort out so I’ll probably have to get a different provider

There absolutely IS a phone number for broadband.

The Live Chat is primarily only for TV passes.

  • Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW TV advisor.

Hi there,

 

Yep same problem here. After submitting payment it is stuck 'Contacting secure server...'.

 

I've tried different browsers to no avail.

 

Now Broadband - please can you provide an update

Hi,

 

the first response I received rectified this issue

that’s the number. I just sorted it all out over the phone no dramas, didn’t even have to wait on hold (obviously they’re not very busy in the office because no one knows how to get hold of them
