Broadband package price wrong

I am trying to buy the broadband package and it states that it is £20 per month.

I will pay the 60 set up fee as I don't want 12 months.


but then it tells me that it is 35 a month - I can't find the reason for this anywhere.


I can't even find a phone number to call someone

The number for the broadband team has been posted beyond numerous times on the forum if you do a search for it. Here it is anyway.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

I had the same problem. For some reason it was only happening in Edge. When I used Firefox everything was fine.

I even raised a thread about it,
