Broadband line is broken No Internet for 3 days

No Internet at my place E153LA, call customer care they told the broadband line is broken and can be resolved by Tuesday after 3 days. 

cannot work without internet

Not much we can do on here as we are just customers like you. 
You will need to keep pestering the broadband team until it’s resolved. All I can suggest is to use your mobile as a hot spot until your broadband is up and running again.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Using Now Broadband for business is like buying a car when you need a van 😛

But you should find the compensation you will automatically get for being without service will more than fund a WiFi hotspot on your phone, if you have a decent enough data plan.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
