Broadband installation

I ordered Now TV broadband (16 mbps) + landline middle of May, the installation date would be 30th of May.

 

The Openreach engineer arrived on that date, and mentioned that he can't finish the installation because another engineer needs to come to do the underground installation.

 

I have the master socket installed at home, it's a new build, there was no phone or broadband, I was told all the engineer needed to do is activate the line and that all lines are already installed.

 

Your customer support has told me that Openreach mentioned that there is fault with the line to the property.

 

I am supposed to wait until the 7th for an update. I've been refused to book an appointment with another engineer by your customer support, I don't know how to proceed.

 

I am concerned that this will end up going in circles, can anyone help? Why does NowTV sell a service that they can't apprently provide?
