Broadband hasn't gone live

Broadband was supposed to go live yesterday and hasn't gone live waited for half hour on the live chat anyone having a similar problem or know why it may not be working?

Snap! I got someone in the phone who

said

tjwy were going to open a case to open reach and get it sorted and call me back. 

 

Ill wait and see as I currently running out of data on my phone also.

Iv been waiting 2 days just getting fobbed off got wait 72 hrs for answer to problem. Absolutely disgusting. 
working from home unable to do job so losing money daily through this useless shower. 
they hog you by balls as it will take 2 weeks to get different provider. Couldn’t care les attitude worst customer service I have come across. 
the automated switch board is rubbish. Spent ages getting to advisor then get cut off 😡

it’s very frustrating and Now don’t deserve the business.
