Broadband go live date changed on go live day

Today is my go live date and at around 7pm recieved an SMS to say openreach were working at the cabinet. It's now 9.30pm and I see my go live date has changed to 4th Oct (was 1st Oct) but no SMS or email to inform me of this - I saw it on my online account. Had anyone had this happen or know the possible cause?

Pretty poor introduction to NowTV if I'm honest.

To be honest NOW are in the same position as most ISPs when it comes to the vagaries of Openreach. You will need to contact NOW customer support directly as they do not offer help here, but I suspect you will just have to wait it out until Monday now.

Best option is to call the broadband team to see what can be done.
