My broadband ended and was told I will be refunded the difference. I see the refund on my nowtv account under payments but I have not received the refund in my bank account. Anyone know roughly how long does it normally take?
@Anonymous User You should get any refund due to you sent back to your card about 14 days after the next billing date following the date on which your cancellation has completed. It’s just the way the billing system works.
