Broadband down

Has anyone else in Dover kent broadband just gone? Im finding this service totaly unnaceptable my phone line has never worked and NOW wont help me and now internet has gone down and i wasnt informed and i need the internet to do my work as some of us work through the night bet we dont get a refund or compensation either!!!

Happening more and more recently and funny enough no way of actuly speaking to any one from NOW on the phone mayb time to change providers to a company who can give decent customer service

I waited over a month for them to fix their own mistake to even get internet, lost out on a month of income, ended up with a 300 pound mobile phone bill due to data used and now I'm here with no internet barely a week after getting it installed. 

I'm in Lincoln, so it's not a local issue either. This is ridiculous
