I've been now TV Broadband customer since April and all everything was working fine until 13th of sept 2018. On 14th we realised that our internet was not working and today 18th it has been out of order. While doing some testing as recommended by Now tv I had to book an engineer today. However, when I was going through my bills I can see some phone calls were made on the 14th of sept 2018 from our landline and we don't have any phone in the house. so how come it is possible someone made a call from our line?
& Now I'm completely disconnected can anyone suggest what could be the issue here?
