having signed up to now broadband and being sure that there would be a seamless changeover the broadband service by bt has been immediately disconnected by them. they have stated on the net and telephone that as soon as now broadband contact them to state they are taking over the service that a disconnect is requested by now broadband and actioned immediately. hence my broadband has been disconnected on the 9th october with a connection date of the 17th october to now broadband.
i have re-read the switching details and it states that it will switch over simultaneously.
can this issue be resolved by now?
is bt telling me the facts correctly?
can my date be accelerated as a matter of urgency?
this issue will affect me recommending a switch to now to other members of my family.
