I paid my bill late but my account told me my broadband was up & running again but it is still cut off! And why can’t infind a contact number for this company????

Hi there I've been told my payment is overdue and my services have been cut off , however according to my online account I paid on 6th of september. I tried to make a payment to the account anyway and my payment won't be accepted. I've tried different devices, other payment cards that according to the Now tv articles, should be accepted. I've found it almost impossible to get hold of you, please email me a response
