Broadband billing

Hi

 

I signed up for a broadband and phone package at £18 per month, unfortunately my first bill showed up in my account as £23 per month. Live chatted with an advisor who changed my first bill to £15 and advised all subsequent bills would be £18 per month. My October bill is now showing £23!?  Can anybody help, I have waited over an hour on the phone and live chat but can't seem to get any help atm.
