Broadband bill

Hi I’m new to now tv broadband my first months bill was 24 which is and was my monthly contact but for some reason my next bill is 44 plus pounds wtf can anyone explain why thanks

What can you see under My Account, /Bills & payments, and /Broadband & calls?

 

I don’t have NowTV Broadband myself, but there ought to be an itemised bill somewhere there, shouldn’t there?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
